Latham Ford is seeking a charismatic, motivated, and hard-working individual to join its growing Internet department.  The primary role of this position will be to communicate with potential customers by email, phone, and text to generate appointments and opportunities for both new and pre-owned vehicles.  Applicants need to have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).  Above-average computer skills are also preferred.

Responsibilities include:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicles, or other online requests, in a timely and professional manner.

Field phone calls and email requests from Internet clients.

Set sales appointments with clients and coordinate scheduling.

Follow-up with new and existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate additional opportunities.

Utilize dealership CRM system to keep accurate records of all daily incoming and outgoing communication with clients, as well as schedule future follow-up.

Have thorough knowledge of dealership products, inventory availability, services, and processes.

Meet or exceed regular performance goals.

Maintain the high standard of excellence in customer service, set by Latham Ford and the Ford brand.

Qualifications for applicants:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in customer service highly preferred.

Professional appearance and work ethic.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Above-average typing ability and professional grammar.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Technical skills, including: Microsoft Office, email, text, scanning, and emailing attachments.

Resourcefulness and ability to adapt and learn new skills or tasks as needed.
