These guys should change the name of their dealership to ‘BAIT AND SWITCH AUTO”. Finalized the deal with Josia last week and they took my $500 deposit, 5 days later got a call from James, the so called manager, only to learn that the vehicle has been sold to another buyer. Anyone want to buy a one way flight from LGA to ALB 10/28 for $180? If they somehow do the right thing, I will take this nasty review down, otherwise it stays up!

Went for an oil change and the same day my car's front end started the make noises and started to shake. and the inspection video they sent, was next day I received. There are few recalls had to be done . I could stay few hours more to get them done. But they didn't send me the video same day.
Battery issues are still not resolved. After a month of work, the resolution was not acceptable. A new Battery was installed-the 4th Battery in 2 years. I took it for an inspection and engine monitor failed. No one spoke to me when I picked up the car. I discovered the new battery when I read the invoice. I am driving with an expired inspection.
I'd put a -5 rating if I could. Bought a certified pre-owned Jeep. Dishonest about vehicle quality, about replacing defective parts, all the way around. Worst place I've ever done business with. Costing me several hundred dollars for repairs, with an extended warranty as well. GO ANYWHERE ELSE !
I showed up early and was taken before my appointment time. All personnel were friendly and efficient. Happy to get service at the dealership!

What started as a frustrating visit driven by concern turned into a breath of fresh air thanks to Jason. I initially came in because warning codes appeared on my car. One code indicated that my ABS was off, which turned into a wrench icon. I went to the dealership and was told I could drive without the service tech looking at my concern or listening to my description.

The automated system was awful. No one answered text message for days. All I was asking was for confirmation my vehicle arrived safely and I could not get through to anyone. The text messaging is great if someone is actively answering it but that is not the case.

Not customer centric. No making deals but constantly email and call about wanting to make deals. Finally interaction with Wayne was great, but leading up to that point I was only working with this dealership because I had to. Will not buy from them again.

A simple battery appointment should not take that long!!! Was not happy with the lack of communication. We had an appointment! Thankfully a lovely lady overheard me complaining and was wonderful to arrange an Uber.
I was told I needed front brake pad and rotors replacement. Brakes are at 6mm new are 9mm and rotors are good. I took my vehicle to two independent shops and both said the same, brakes and rotors are good.
Another great service with Latham Ford. Timely, courteous and engaging staff that care about customers. Will be returning in the future.

I have been trying to contact Latham Ford for weeks!! It's a long story. Never had this ever happened to me. If I do not hear from them soon, they will be hearing from my attorney!!! Staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. All areas are clean and neat. Don McLennan was especially helpful in explaining different services recommended for the car due to its mileage. Many I had not been aware of before he took the time to tell me about them. He also showed me the undercar tire tread and alignment scanner. Very friendly and professional!

Other items were brought to my attention that needed to be corrected. I was really thinking about doing some of them, such as the tires, until I looked at the quote to replace the rear drivers side tail lamp which was cracked and broken. The quote was $2500.00 +. It was a very pleasurable experience! The sales staff went above and beyond answering all any questions I had. They were extremely accommodating. I felt no pressure whatsoever. I feel like I was diagnosed wrong for repairs on my car. I had it towed in bc the message stated faulted transmission service soon. But they said it was a purge valve that was wrong and I needed brakes and tires. So happy to hear it wasn't transmission bc I asked Tim and he said that it wasn't in our text message. Came in for a quick oil change and inspection and got out very quickly. I love the video report of the status of my vehicle and things to look out for as I continue to maintain it.
Did a thorough look over to figure out what the problem was and found other issues as well. Wasn’t too pushy about getting other things fixed, but told me reality about what was going on. Was able to fix the problem for now so I appreciate that
