My Ford F150 was the subject of a manufacturer’s recall because of an issue with exhaust emissions. I called Ford of Latham, spoke with the service department and they arranged to pick up my vehicle at my place of employment. They picked my vehicle up at the time they were scheduled to do so. The maintenance was performed and they returned my vehicle to my place of employment all without charge to me. This was very convenient. Car barely out of warranty and water pump already leaks.:..water pumps should last longer than 33k miles…I’ll never buy another vehicle from a dealership that doesn’t stand behind their product

I love the truck very much and most of the people I worked with but I feel that the truck wasn’t fully ready to have taken delivery. Had to go back and get an antenna and the factory code. I ordered a drop in bed liner and cover for truck, paid for it and asked if they would put it in as part of the delivery of the vehicle when it comes in. 4 appointments and 3 repairs to finally fix my tuck. 3 of the 4 appointments the dealer attempted to charge their $200 diagnostic fee. I had to be a 'Karen' and argue to get the second and third diagnostic fee removed. I'll likely go back, just because I was even less happy with DePaula on a previous repair.

My 2019 Ram 1500 that I bought from Ford of Latham had an ABS issue and needed to be serviced. I was going to make an appointment at a RAM dealer but Ford of Latham staff told me I could have it fixed there. I made the appointment with them and told the service department what exactly was going on with my truck. Very difficult to get a hold of service advisor. Took 13 days to get vehicle back with almost no updates. Not done when promised. Only good thing was gave me a break on price.

There was a problem with a repair that Latham Ford completed (a major problem), and they refused to answer my calls or respond to more than 20 messages over a period of 2 months. I left messages for the service advisor, service manager, and general manager. Whenever I spoke to someone, they apologized and assured me that I would get a call back. That never happened. The mechanic was so excited to see the problem with my bronco window not auto closing . He fixed it quick and the desk employee dude was super cool. I got the fix under warranty . It’s a small dealership but they treat you well.

Was very insulted initially by the “deals”presented. However, after negotiations and discussions with management took place everything worked out well. Just frustrating and insulting that anyone has to go through that process. Nothing is worse than feeling like you are being taken advantage of. And I would have been if I had accepted it. Giving 5 stars for the ultimate outcome but a 0 for the process.

Calls not returned. Had to physically go to the dealership. Dropped car off at 7;45am no update at 3pm had to call for update. Service manager not helpful at all. Stated he was "new". Remote car starting and other functions were not working with the Ford Pass App. Messages that car battery was low were showing several times a day as the problem even though vehicle is only 2 years old with very low mileage yet. Previous visit where battery was charged, did not solve the problem. Most recent visit proved successful when mechanic said he “reset a module” related to the battery. Everything is working as it should now.

bought a 2020 f150 raptor gold certified, back in September, from Remeo ford in Kingston NY, i live in Schenectady, so i brought to Latham ford near me they treated me as if I bought the truck from them , took very good care of me, of course I was upset but was reassured it would get fixed, has a Nice brand new rental, good commination at all times. got the truck back after two weeks yesterday, seems good

My service appt was nothing but easy and smooth. Don communicated every step of the way, in detail and was so courteous! Had to return for follow up service after my initial warranty work was faulty. Tech failed to properly reconnect door locks and could not lock front doors. They resolved the problem but it required me to drop off the vehicle for another day of follow-up work.

Longer wait than usual but waiting room very comfortable. That’s all I have to say
